Ballemari
We have filmed more than three weddings at Hacienda Ballemari, on the outskirts of the city of Huelva, between 2023 and 2026. It is one of the venues in the province where we have worked most and we know it from the inside: the olive garden, the courtyard of the clay jars, the two halls and the fields around it, which turn golden at sunset. According to its own website, it was built in 1898 as Finca Santa Isabel and was an olive-oil mill; it was restored in 2001. It stands beside the Nicoba riverbank, in the middle of the marshes, and still has thousand-year-old olive trees and the clay jars from the mill. We film the way we always do: documentary, no posing, two videographers, the whole ceremony with our own sound, and the open bar too.
Six spaces, according to its website, which every couple combines in their own way. This is what each one has and what it means for the person filming: where the drinks reception happens, where the meal is, and where the dancing is.
Ana and David’s wedding was on 20 September 2025: the ceremony at the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de la Coronada, in Calañas, and the celebration at Hacienda Ballemari, with the table under chandeliers and a sunset in the fields. Their wedding, told in full and with more photos, has its own page.

Yes: more than three, between 2023 and 2026. One of them, Ana and David’s, you can see in full on its own page.
There is no published rate: every quote is personalised. Tell us your date and which space at the hacienda you want for the celebration and we will send you a link with the price. Since we are based in Huelva, travel to Ballemari is minimal.
According to its website, up to 700 seated in the Courtyard of the Clay Jars, 420 in the Hall of the Arches and 350 in the Gallinero hall, and up to 1,600 at the drinks reception in the Olive Garden.
Six: the Olive Garden, the Mill Garden, the Courtyard of the Clay Jars, the Horse Courtyard, the Hall of the Arches and the Gallinero hall, plus a private car park with 180 spaces.
Its website does not mention ceremonies on site, so it is best to ask them. What we have filmed is the ceremony at a chapel or church and the celebration here: Ana and David’s was at the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de la Coronada, in Calañas.
The venue has two covered halls: the Hall of the Arches, the main one, and the Gallinero hall, which according to its website can also host the drinks reception when the weather keeps everyone indoors. Tell us your plan B and we prepare for both scenarios.
From Seville airport it is 99 km, an hour and twenty minutes by car. From Faro airport, in Portugal, it is 120 km and about an hour and three quarters; mind that Portugal is one hour behind Spain.
There are two of us and we stay in the background: the whole ceremony with our own sound; the drinks reception in the gardens; the meal in the Hall of the Arches; the sunset hour in the fields around the hacienda, which turn golden; and the open bar in the Gallinero, which we film too.
