How it went
Their story
Alicia and Edu met on social media, through friends in common, and they got married because they love each other: they wanted to make their commitment official and they were excited about the day. And about the party, of course. For them, the lovely part was the commitment and the real part was the party. What they asked for was simple: a short, classic ceremony, family and friends at the centre, and whatever music suited each moment, with plenty of reggaeton. From the film they only asked for the special moments with their people; for the rest, they say, we could go in blind. They had no doubts before hiring us: they knew couples who had worked with us and had seen the result. What caught their eye on our Instagram was the vibe and the quirkiness. There was one surprise in the script: Luca, their little dog, had an anxiety attack and had to be taken away; Alicia still regrets not having dressed him, but he ended up being there for the very last moment. From the ceremony she keeps three things: seeing Edu moved, in tears, in the chapel; the bouquet she gave to her mother and her sister; and the walk to the chapel with her people. In the days that followed, many guests said the same thing: “the best wedding of my life”, with lots of food, lots of atmosphere and people thanking them for the day.
GETTING READY
Getting ready. Where it all begins.
Alicia got ready at home, with a pearl-and-crystal hair piece and a bouquet of calla lilies tied with an embroidered ribbon: “26 septiembre 2026 · Alicia y Eduardo”.
Where it all starts.

CEREMONY
The ceremony at the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de Belén.
It was a religious ceremony, short and classic, at eleven in the morning, at the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de Belén in Pilas: a small white chapel built on an old Arab qubba, with a Baroque altarpiece. Alicia walked there through the streets of the town, among her people and with her veil in the air; inside, what she cannot forget is seeing Edu moved, in tears.
Absolute respect.

JUST THE TWO
Just the two of them. After the “I do”.
After the “I do” we went to the hacienda with them and stole a few minutes. No directions: the Arab-inspired arches, an ochre wall, the courtyard fountain and Alicia’s veil trailing along the ground. She with her calla lily bouquet; he, kissing her hand.
Only the two of you.

Why here
Why get married at Hacienda Al-Baraka
Alicia and Edu got married at the chapel in Pilas and celebrated in Dos Hermanas, about ten kilometres from Seville. This is what Hacienda Al-Baraka offers and why a wedding like theirs fits here.
/01/
One event a day
According to its listing on bodas.net, Al-Baraka holds only one event a day: the hacienda is the couple’s from start to finish, from the reception to the last dance.
/02/
Plenty of room
It takes up to 750 guests and spreads the celebration over gardens, a terrace, courtyards and halls with a dance floor, and it has parking. Alicia and Edu’s had about 230 and still left room for lunch and a long party.
/03/
A small palace that photographs itself
It is an Arab-inspired hacienda: white arches, ochre walls, courtyards with a fountain and strings of lights. A few minutes strolling is enough for the couple; the photos on this page, among arches and courtyards, came from exactly that.
/04/
A ceremony in the garden or at your hometown chapel
The garden can host a civil ceremony. If the ceremony is religious, it can be held at the chapel or parish church of your own town and the celebration here afterwards: Alicia and Edu married in Pilas, about forty kilometres away, and carried on at the hacienda.
/05/
Your own caterer
It has a kitchen for the caterer of your choice, so you choose the menu. Alicia and Edu worked with Ángel Utrera.
/06/
Close to Seville, but no accommodation
It sits between Dos Hermanas and Alcalá de Guadaíra, 27 kilometres from Seville airport (25 minutes by car). It has no accommodation of its own: for guests from out of town, look for a hotel in Seville or Dos Hermanas.

Can the ceremony be held at the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de Belén, in Pilas?
Yes. Alicia and Edu were married there on 26 September 2026, in a Catholic ceremony at eleven in the morning. It is a small white chapel on Plaza de Belén, built on an old Arab qubba, with a Baroque altarpiece. Alicia walked there from home, with her people, through the streets of the town: it is one of the moments she remembers most.
What is it like to have a wedding at Hacienda Al-Baraka, in Dos Hermanas?
It is a small Arab-inspired palace between Dos Hermanas and Alcalá de Guadaíra, about ten kilometres from Seville, with gardens, courtyards with a fountain and halls. At this wedding there were about two hundred and thirty guests, catering by Ángel Utrera and music by José Ruiz and the Chanely Montoya group, and the celebration began at about 13:15. What they heard most afterwards: “the best wedding of my life”, with lots of food and lots of atmosphere.

More than 335 couples have booked it and rate it 4.9 out of 5 (54 reviews, as of 7 October 2026).
What kind of wedding was Alicia and Edu’s?
A morning, hometown wedding with the party as the star: a short, classic Catholic ceremony at eleven at the chapel in Pilas, lunch and celebration at the hacienda, and a party with music for every taste, plenty of reggaeton included. For them, family, friends and the party mattered most; and what shone, they say, was the excitement, the emotion, the food and the atmosphere.
Who worked on this wedding?
Hacienda Al-Baraka provided the venue, the flowers and the decoration; Ángel Utrera, the catering; José Ruiz and the Chanely Montoya group, the music; Marta Pulido, the beauty and styling; Lolo Navarro Sastrería, Edu’s suit. The photos are by Cupido debe morir and the video is ours. All of them, in “Who made this wedding”.
What would Alicia and Edu repeat?
The same running order: they would not change the schedule. What they liked most about our work was how easy we made it and the vibe: “a relief to have you close”, they say, because at no point did they feel pressure or embarrassment, and they didn’t notice the cameras.

We asked them what they would tell a couple unsure whether to hire a videographer for their wedding.
“What matters most is the memory and what we lived, and that, besides the heart, is something a camera captures. Hand on heart: you were our best choice.”
